🎯 Winemaking Goal

Record incoming deliveries of oenological inputs and dry goods with supplier batch numbers (FEFO traceability — First Expired, First Out) in Stock management (/stocks), then receive harvest must by creating a new lot (26-SAUV-FA in tank C03) with vineyard parcel origin, customs category, and technical targets.

✅ Prerequisites

  • Destination tank C03 (150 hL stainless steel) is free.
  • Oenological inputs (yeasts, nutrients, enzymes, mutage alcohol, RCM) and dry goods (bottles, corks, capsules, labels, boxes) are listed in /stocks.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Receive Oenological Inputs & Dry Goods in Stock management (/stocks)

  1. In the left sidebar, click Stock management (/stocks).
  2. Filter between All, Inputs (yeasts, nutrients, acids, enzymes, SO₂, neutral spirit, RCM…) and Dry goods (bottles, corks, capsules, labels, boxes).
  3. Click the purple + New reception button in the top right:
    • Use Delivery note scan (AI) to photograph a supplier delivery slip, or enter the reception manually:
    • Example 1 — Neutral Spirit for Mutage: select Alcool vinique 96 %, enter 500 L, supplier batch ALC-2026-09, supplier Distillerie Coopérative, and click Save.
    • Example 2 — Rectified Concentrated Must (RCM): select MCR concentré 650 g/L, enter 1,000 L, supplier batch MCR-2026-08, supplier Moûts du Sud, and save.

💡 Good to Know / Oenologic Automatism (FEFO Deduction & Stock Regularization) Whenever an operation or bottling run is validated, Oenologic automatically deducts the consumed quantity from the supplier batch with the earliest expiration date (FEFO). If an operator logs an operation before the delivery note has been entered in /stocks, a yellow Stock to regularize banner appears at the top of /stocks—never blocking cellar work during harvest!
