Blending Simulator, Multi-Tank Blending & RCM Sweetening

Simulate a multi-tank blend in the Oenological Calculator (/calculatrice?outil=assemblage) to preview weighted analytical parameters (ABV, true logarithmic pH, Total Acidity, free/total SO₂,…

🎯 Winemaking Goal

Simulate a multi-tank blend in the Oenological Calculator (/calculatrice?outil=assemblage) to preview weighted analytical parameters (ABV, true logarithmic pH, Total Acidity, free/total SO₂, sugars), execute the physical Multi-Tank Blend (Assemblage) into tank PRESTIGE-01, and perform Sweetening (Édulcoration) with Rectified Concentrated Must (RCM) on C09 - 26-MARS-IGP.

✅ Prerequisites

  • Source lots B18 - 26-SYR-TDL (Syrah), B19 - 26-GRE-TDL (Grenache), and B16 - 26-MOUR-TDL (Mourvèdre) have lab analyses on file.
  • MCR concentré 650 g/L (batch MCR-2026-08) is in /stocks.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Simulate the Blend in Calculator > Blending / average (/calculatrice?outil=assemblage)

  1. Open Calculator (/calculatrice) in the sidebar and click Blending / average.
  2. Add the 3 source lots and their planned volumes:
    • Lot 1 — B18 · 26-SYR-TDL (Syrah): 50 hL (50%)
    • Lot 2 — B19 · 26-GRE-TDL (Grenache): 30 hL (30%)
    • Lot 3 — B16 · 26-MOUR-TDL (Mourvèdre): 20 hL (20%)
  3. Oenologic automatically loads each lot's latest analysis and displays the Estimated blend (Total volume: 100 hL):
    • ABV: 14.88 % vol · pH: 3.69 (true logarithmic [H₃O⁺] calculation) · Total acidity: 4.93 g/L H₂T · Free SO₂: 22.7 mg/L.

Step 2 — Execute the Physical Multi-Tank Blend into PRESTIGE-01

  1. On the Dashboard (/), click Movement and select Blending (Assemblage).
  2. Select sources B16 (20 hL), B18 (50 hL), and B19 (30 hL), choose destination tank PRESTIGE-01 (100 hL), review the weighted theoretical analysis preview, and click Confirm movement.

💡 Good to Know / Oenologic Automatism (Theoretical Blend Analysis & Multi-Parent Genealogy) Validating a blend automatically creates a purple-badged Theoretical analysis on the resulting lot (PRESTIGE-01) and links all 3 parent lots in the genealogy tree.

Step 3 — Sweeten with RCM (Édulcoration) on C09 - 26-MARS-IGP

  1. Open C09 - 26-MARS-IGP (240 hL Marselan Red, initial sugar 1.3 g/L), click Job, and select Sweetening (Édulcoration).
  2. Enter target final sugar 8.3 g/L (+7.0 g/L) with MCR concentré 650 g/L: Oenologic computes +261.8 L (1.09 L/hL), updating the lot volume from 240 hL to 242.62 hL and deducting the RCM batch from /stocks.
