🎯 Winemaking Goal

Compare analytical trends across multiple tanks side by side in Analyses (/analyses), distinguish data provenance (lab import, manual entry, theoretical blend analysis, and calculated Active molecular SO₂), and manage sample collection rounds in Samples (/echantillons).

✅ Prerequisites

  • Multiple cellar lots have recorded or imported analyses (B16, B18, B19).

🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Compare Multiple Tanks in Analyses (/analyses)

  1. In the left sidebar, click Analyses (/analyses).
  2. Select tanks B16 (26-MOUR-TDL), B18 (26-SYR-TDL), and B19 (26-GRE-TDL) at the top (3 tanks · 3 lots · 26 measurements).
  3. Inspect the chronological comparison matrix (Date × Parameters): Residual volume, ABV (% vol.), pH, Total acidity, Volatile acidity, Total SO₂, Free SO₂, Active SO₂ (mg/L), and Malic acid.

💡 Good to Know / Oenologic Automatism (Provenance Color Dots & Active Molecular SO₂) The legend at the bottom of /analyses identifies each value's source: Purple dot (Theoretical analysis from a blend), Dark blue/green dot (Lab import), Light blue/grey dot (Manual entry), and Calculated values such as Active (molecular) SO₂ dynamically computed from Free SO₂, pH, ABV, and temperature.

Step 2 — Manage Sample Collection Rounds in Samples (/echantillons)

  1. Open Samples (/echantillons) in the sidebar.
  2. Create sample requests categorized as Analysis (with preset lab menus), Tasting, or Client / Competition, track their 4-step workflow (To sample → Sampled → Shipped → Result received), and export the lab accompaniment sheet to Excel.
