Record cellar exits with full forward/backward traceability: create a Packaging / Bottling Run (L26-VIOG-01 deducting wine and all 5 dry goods simultaneously), log a Bulk Exit (VR26-ROUGE-01 with buyer and customs e-AD / DAE number), reconcile discrepancies in Physical inventory (/inventaire), and generate the Monthly volume summary (/rapport-volumes for customs DRM) and Daily log (/journal).

✅ Prerequisites

  • Lot C05 - 26-VIOG-IGP and its 5 dry goods are ready in /stocks.
  • Lot C15 - 26-VDF-ROUGE is ready for bulk dispatch.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Record a Packaging / Bottling Exit (L26-VIOG-01) with Dry Goods Deduction

  1. Open Bottling lots / exits (/sorties) in the sidebar and click + New exit.
  2. Select Packaging:
    • Source tank / lot: C05 · 26-VIOG-IGP
    • Bottling lot number: L26-VIOG-01
    • Format & Bottle count: 6,000 bottles of 75 cL (45 hL).
  3. Scroll down to Dry goods consumed and link all 5 packaging items (6,000 bottles, 6,000 Diam 3 corks, 6,000 capsules, 6,000 labels, 1,000 6-bottle boxes), then click Save exit.

Step 2 — Record a Bulk Exit with Buyer & Customs e-AD / DAE (VR26-ROUGE-01)

  1. In Bottling lots / exits (/sorties), click + New exit and select Bulk.
  2. Select source C15 · 26-VDF-ROUGE, volume 100 hL, reference VR26-ROUGE-01, buyer Maison Castel, and customs document DAE 26FR00849201A, then save.

Step 3 — Monthly Volume Summary (/rapport-volumes), Physical Inventory (/inventaire) & Daily Log (/journal)

  1. Monthly volume summary (/rapport-volumes): select Month 10 (October) and Year 2026 to review Opening stock + Entries - Exits = Closing stock by customs category (IGP Blanc, IGP Rosé, IGP Rouge, Vin de France) and click Copy.
  2. Physical inventory (/inventaire): enter the measured volume for each tank (e.g., 378 hL measured vs 380 hL theoretical on C13, highlighting a -2 hL discrepancy) and click Correct or export to Excel/PDF.
  3. Daily log (/journal): review all 42 timestamped events of the day and export the official cellar register.
